What is your return policy?
We're so sorry that you have an issue with your product! Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, we cannot accept returns at this time.
Do you create custom orders?

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $75+.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders within 7 business days. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS and subject to their delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are not currently shipping outside of the US. Be sure to check back as we hope to begin offering international shipping in the future!
I live near Eagleville, PA. Do you offer local pick-up?
We do! At checkout, select "Local Pick-up" to avoid shipping charges. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email to schedule a date and time to pick up your order from our location.

What makes a collection different from your core line?
A collection is a limited edition group of products that share a similar theme and are different from our core products.
Our collections contain many one of a kind pieces that only have a limited amount available for purchase. Once they are sold out, they are gone forever.
Our core line contains products that we recreate and restock on a regular basis. These products will always be available for purchase.
What is the best way to care for my earrings?
Always put on your earrings after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray, and other sprays.
Always remove your earrings before working out, sleeping, swimming, and bathing/showering.
If you need to clean your earrings, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Never use acetone or rubbing alcohol, as these will damage the polymer clay.
Can I get my product personalized?

Are your products hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic! Unfortunately some items are not currently hypoallergenic. Check all product descriptions for the nickel-free label.

What materials do you use in your products?
All products are handcrafted with love in small batches using polymer clay. Many products also contain a protective coating of resin, liquid clay, or polyurethane.
In the next few months, we will be expanding to include wood veneer, vegan leather, and more. Stay tuned!
